Potassium Iodine / Iodide Supplements for Radiation Exposure

Potassium Iodine / Iodide Supplements for Radiation Exposure

Limited Supply - Order While Supplies Last!
Nature's Life Icelandic Kelp-Iodine 225MCG - 1000 Tablets - Other Green / Super Foods

The Japan Tsunami disaster has the potential to have far reaching effects. Nuclear meltdowns have caused radiation to be released in to our atmosphere. What far reaching effects this may have is still unknown, so in cases like this we should proceed on the side of caution.

Potassium Iodine can limit the amount of radiation that your body is absorb. When you ingest stable non radioactive iodine, it is quickly absorbed by the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland needs iodine to make hormones in the body. After you take a Potassium Iodine / Iodide supplement your thyroid gland becomes "full" and it wont absorb the radiation. This is important, because after the Chernobyl disaster, we have learned that radiation exposure causes thyroid cancer after its absorbed. Protecting yourself and your family in the world we live in today is very important!

Each Potassium Iodine / Iodide supplement can limit harmful radiation effects for 24 hours.

At the starting gate

Well, I'm still at the starting gate and haven't made it too far yet. I have posted 2 listings on craigslist and have only gotten spam messages... Nothing but spam messages. That was kinda disappointing.... I drank tonight for the first time since last weekend... Feel kinda depressed... We will take another step forward tomorrow!

Starting My Life Over Again

Moving on, starting my life over, and inspiration to finally chase down my dreams.

Hello. I am a 37 year old man who has made many wrong choices along my journey through life. I am struggling through life working a 9 dollar per hour job and live in an unfurnished one bedroom apartment. I have been sleeping on a futon mattress on the floor for the past year and just "treading water" and barely "getting by". My bills match my income so there is no money that I can put back and save. It is truly depressing that the moment I cash my check it is immediately spend on bills.

I am starting this blog because I am determined to break out of poverty and become a success in this life. I have muddled along for 37 years being less than the best. Alcohol has always been a big problem as well. (I will give more background information as my journey to start my life over begins) I have no idea where this journey will end, but I'm going to jump in with both feet.

How do you just start your life over? There are so many obstacles that lie in front of me, that it boggles my mind. I could never get past all of the obstacles all at once so I plan to get past them one at a time.

So what will be the first obstacle that I see immediately in front of me? Well, considering that I make 1,200 per month and my bills are 1,100 a month (not counting food and gas), I need to somehow cut expenses. The only bill that I can help ease some of my financial strain is to take in a roommate. I only live in a one bedroom apartment so the first step I am going to take is to ask if I can upgrade into a 2 bedroom for 50 dollars more and take in a roommate. I left a message to the landlord and hope to hear back soon. If not, I will walk into their office after work tomorrow. I have also placed an add on craigslist.

Even though I have only taken one small step to get to the place where I envision myself in the future, it still gives me a sense of hope that I haven't felt in a very long time. Having a roommate isn't the ideal situation for me, but its a sacrifice I am willing to make to climb out of this quicksand that has entrapped me for years. It's time to step out of the box and face the fears that have kept me from reaching my dreams.

I'll go into more details about my "strategy for success", but I wont overwhelm you in one post. If your life has been in a rut, and it doesn't seem like your getting anywhere, maybe you should follow along on my journey. Together we can rise up and finally reached the dreams that have eluded us for year. No more excuses, and no more procrastination. Comments are very welcome. Tips, inspirational advice would also be very much appreciated.

This is Day #1 of starting my life over! I am exhilarated!

P.S. One more thing. I ordered a book from Brian Tracy below. He is supposed to be one of the big self help, and motiviational gurus. If I am going to be starting my life over and chasing down success I will need all the help I can get. Let me know if you know of some great self help books that might help me along my journey. I'll let everyone how one of his books is after I get done reading it.
